Job Description

·       Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.

·       Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

·       Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

·       Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.

·       Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

·       Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.).

·       Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

·       Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

·       Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.

·       Do full plan for social media channels and work with designing team and other professionals to met the plan goals.

·       Generate monthly/ weekly reports as requested.

·       Do market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

·       Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.

·       Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.

·       Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.

Requirements

·        bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field

·        1-3 years of experience in marketing.

·        Proven working experience in digital marketing.

·        Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

·        Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

·        Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

·        Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

·        Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)

·        Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.

·        Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

·        Ability to travel as necessary.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills (English / Arabic)

·        The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.

·        Technical background.
